She began her career in 2000 at a Beijing-based consulting firm specialising in Western European Government reception services, managing official delegation programs. In 2003, she joined EF Education First's overseas division as a Sales Supervisor, focusing on study planning and applications for young learners seeking education in Commonwealth countries. From 2010 to 2013, Suki held key roles at EduGlobal China, serving as UK Sales Director and Deputy Director of the US Division. She was responsible for market expansion and consultant training for the UK business while also contributing to high-end US study consulting services, covering everything from middle school to master's planning. Since 2013, as Executive Director of Lang Sheng Education, she served as the China representative for several prestigious UK independent schools. She developed deep expertise in British and American private education systems, built extensive school connections through years of on-site visits, and successfully helped hundreds of students gain admission to top-tier independent/private schools in the UK and US.
With a distinguished 18-year career dedicated to international education, Hannah is a renowned expert in strategic study-abroad planning and university admissions. Her journey includes leadership roles at leading firms like Beijing EduGlobal China and IDP, where she consistently achieved top performance and successfully guided hundreds of students to top-tier universities across the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore. In 2024, she leveraged this extensive expertise to pioneer our Washington D.C. office. With 23 years of extensive experience in study-abroad planning and applications, Silvia began her consultancy career in the late 1990s after earning a full scholarship for a master's degree at the University of Virginia. She has held senior project management roles at the UK Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), where she was responsible for providing strategic advice and implementation support for leading UK universities and enterprises entering the Chinese market. She was one of the key leaders in introducing the A-Level curriculum to mainland China for the first time in 2003. Her management experience also includes serving as the first General Manager in Sichuan for several well-known domestic education groups, the Western China Representative of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and the Academic Program Director of the Southwest Jiaotong University-U.S. Higher Education Collaboration Project, where she oversaw strategic planning and academic system development.

Xin holds a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently, he works as a Project Manager at a top-10 US consulting engineering firm, specialising in the planning and development of artificial intelligence and smart cities. With 15 years of experience in industrial design, project management, business development and marketing, he has successfully managed and driven the implementation of multiple large-scale projects domestically and internationally. As the Co-founder of Huan-In Academy, he is dedicated to building an online knowledge-sharing platform and oversees its operations, curriculum and product design, and market development. Additionally, he provides career development advice for high school students, university students, and young engineers, supporting them with skills enhancement, interview techniques, professional networking, and career planning.
Tim attended Brighton College, a leading UK independent school, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. With over 11 years of experience operating his own education company and a background as a former IELTS examiner, he is skilled in mentoring and guiding students to develop effective learning and reading habits. Having completed his studies from undergraduate to doctoral level at Cambridge, and with practical experience in capital markets, Tim possesses diverse knowledge of a variety of fields such as politics, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, biotechnology, and sustainable development. This multidisciplinary expertise allows him to provide valuable advice in English reading, writing, and speaking for his students.
Wilson is the Co-founder of INT-study and an ACT-certified Teacher Trainer in China. He previously served as the Director of the Overseas Test Preparation Division and Dean of the Teacher Training Institute at Only Education. With over 20 years of full-time experience in the training industry, he has authored or co-authored more than 20 publications.
Brian is an experienced mentor, having coached 50+ students and helped them achieve the academic goals and obtain desired university offers. He gained his undergraduate degree in Materials Engineering at the University of Oxford and later completed his PhD in Materials from Imperial College London. Currently, he works at a multinational pharmaceutical company.
Yi is a distinguished graduate of Trinity College at the University of Cambridge, where she earned both a BA and MA in Natural Sciences. Charlotte earned a first-class honour Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from King's College London, a Master's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from Imperial College London, and a PhD in Oncology from the University of Oxford.
Hee earned a first-class honour Bachelor's degree in Physics from Imperial College London. He then pursued a Master's degree in Physics at the University of Cambridge, specialising in super-resolution optical imaging. Subsequently, he completed a joint PhD program between the University of Cambridge and Microsoft, focusing on polarisation imaging and optical data storage. Additionally, he has served as a teaching assistant where his responsibilities included grading laboratory work and reports for the Optics Master's course at Imperial College London.
